BridgeVoices is the storytelling output of Future Bridge — Empowering NEET Youth for Lifelong Skills and Social Inclusion, an Erasmus+ KA154-YOU project (2025–2026) uniting four youth organisations from Slovakia, Türkiye, Romania and Hungary.
Why storytelling
Employment statistics rarely reach the young people they describe. Personal journeys do. BridgeVoices exists so NEET youth can speak for themselves — not as a target group, but as authors of their own transformation.
The series brings together short video stories, first-person testimonials, reflection reels, quote cards, and a curated Voices of Future Bridge digital booklet. All open access, all consent-first.
Who we serve
Primary audience: NEET young people aged 18–29 across the four partner countries — with special attention to those facing overlapping disadvantage: rural or isolated youth, low-income households, youth with a migrant or refugee background, and youth with disabilities.
Secondary audiences: the general public, policymakers shaping youth strategy, and youth organisations that can reuse the stories in their own work.
How each story is made
Youth are co-creators of every story — from what to include to how to name themselves. This is central to how KA154-YOU projects are evaluated, and central to how we work.
Workshop
Storytelling workshops during mobilities and virtual exchanges. Youth choose their theme, format and depth. No participation is required — every story is opted-in.
Consent
Signed consent covers the story, image, display name and publication on the platform and social channels. Minors require guardian consent. Withdrawal is always available.
Edit with — not for
Editing happens with the young person, in their voice. They approve the final wording, the image, and the tag choices before publication.
Publish
Once approved, the story goes live under an open licence, indexed by theme and audience, and cross-posted on social channels with captions.
Reuse
Youth organisations can embed, translate or cite the stories. All content stays open-access and reusable beyond the project's lifetime.
Reflect
Impact numbers are tracked openly. Youth feedback shapes the next round of workshops. The series grows across all three mobilities and both virtual exchanges.

EU priorities addressed
- Inclusion & Diversity — NEET youth, migrants, rural and low-income youth are at the centre.
- Digital transformation — the series is built as a public digital archive, with digital-skills workshops embedded in the mobilities.
- Youth participation — every story is youth-authored; young people co-designed the series.
- Common values, civic engagement — intercultural dialogue across four countries.
Open by default
All stories, quote cards, the Voices of Future Bridge booklet, and the Future Bridge Toolkit (72 pages) and Facilitator's Guide (80 pages) are published under an open Creative Commons licence (CC BY 4.0), downloadable without login, and archived on the Erasmus+ Project Results Platform.
Youth organisations across Europe are welcome to remix, translate and reuse the series in their own campaigns, events and training.
